Working with Canon's MREAL mixed reality headset, Design Interactive developed training exercises using mixed reality. Shown at the 2014 and 2015 ITSEC tradeshow, the booth featured real time chroma key with a AR headset. Allowing you to see hands, surroundings, etc. Pioneering the use of mixed reality for training and life saving applications.

This is not Oculus, this is not the HTC VIVE, this is a proprietary headset made by Canon. It was a really interesting project exploring brand new territory with a really high end HMD. I helped develop the user experience, scenarios and, overall presentation with a small team including Canon Executives. The two demos show a Navy submarine fire trainer and a wounded warrior being assessed.
